A New Pizza

I caught a new commercial the other day. This is from Dominos and features their new Oreo Dessert Pizza (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkEc67m_jvM) if you are really interested).

It is apparently a pizza made out of Oreos, drizzled in Oreo sauce (I presume), on some sort of probably sugary crust.

I had two immediate reactions upon seeing this commercial:
1) That thing will kill you
2) I totally want to eat one of those

Pizza, despite its innate deliciousness, is horrible for you. So, what better way to finish the meal than by eating another pizza made almost entirely of sugar? I anticipate there will soon be an Appetizer Pizza made out of nachos and French fries (which frankly, sounds fantastic).

I do not know what to think about the Oreo Pizza. On the one hand, this is America, a country where we are free to eat whatever we want (its in the Constitution, right after we are guaranteed the right to play the kazoo in public). On the other hand, we are fat enough as it is. On the other, other hand, nothing rhymes with orange.

So, eat an Oreo Pizza if you are so inclined. Or not. If you happen to be a representative of Dominos and like the sound of the Appetizer Pizza, lets talk.

Cheers,
-Jason

I don't see how sugary bread goes with pizza. One time, on my birthday, a friend came by with a pizza for me, but since I was going to eat cake, I decided that the two would clash, and so my brother got that pizza instead. So no Oreo pizza for me, unless it's a meal of its own. Like a stack of pancakes. Mmm... Pancakes.

I actually like a bit of sweet after something like a pizza (and vice-versa). I'm more of a Hot Fudge Sundae man, though.

I already make nachos pizza for myself. I probably got the idea from this blog, then forgot about it.

Take a Totinos cheese pizza (those work best, I don't know why), cook it for ten minutes, pull it out of the oven. Cover it with tortilla chips, then add a layer of cheese. Pop the dang thing back in the oven for three more minutes, then pull it out, cut it, and eat.

Admittedly, cutting your pizza is tough, but you'll get it, eventually.

That actually sounds really good! It's like a cheese-delivery vehicle, save that I would probably add another layer or two of chips and cheese. Why not? :)
