Awsorrible

I can't decide if this is horrible or awesome.

In essence, a school let the kids do 'Scarface' for the school play. On the one hand, I'm kind of horrified that they'd let the kids act out an incredibly violent movie like this.

On the other hand, I wish I'd gone to a school where they let us do Scarface as a school play.

I think this calls for a new word 'Awsorrible.' Which is the state of something being both awesome and horrible at the same time. Used in a sentence: "That was so awesorrible, I almost threw up!"

So if anything qualifies as awesorrible, this is it.

Cheers,
-Jason

There is an old definition of sublime that means something so great it's bad. It was a word used in the 1600s to describe the uncultivated land as something that is beautiful and yet evil as though there is beauty in the wilderness, it is also from the wilderness that evil comes.

That's just crazy, I thought maybe they were doing like a kid version so like he delt chocolate or something. But jesus that was nuts, the little girl was like you deal coke and kill people for a living.

I gotta say though they did a good job considering. And I love the kid at the end with the mustache.

@Ehm
Man there are so many words that are used so differently than in the original meaning. Someone from 200 years ago would be so confused.

Good point, Ehm. I had forgotten about 'sublime.'

And yeah, Lurklen, that's why it's so awsorrible (or sublime, if you will)!

actually, it seems to be a production done by a group of professional child actors.
