Ryan vs Dorkman is a classic. Ryan has done a great many clone fight works and has been a great asset to theforce.net boards and filmers all around.
As I recall, he was also hired by lucasarts.
There are a large number of amazing star wars fanfilms (though sadly, a large number of shitty ones, too). Check out TFN if you want to see some, it's worth it. If yoou want some suggestions feel free to ask. I may be a bit biased towards those of my friends, but I do remember th eclassics as well ;)
